At Bico Ceramics, we want you to love your handcrafted home pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all ceramics are returned in their original packaging to prevent breakage during transit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Carefully wrap your ceramics in their original protective padding and box to ensure they arrive back at our studio safely.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
